Property Manager may assist you in any problem (s) you may have which are relevant to the responsibilities of the Association. Those include all common areas of the property. The Property Manager is an agent for the Association responsible for the daily details of the operation. The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall policy. He or she is not the Property Manager for a rental unit.

Manager should only be paged if you have an emergency such as: Fire, gas, earthquake, plumbing/ waterproofing leaks, stoppages, elevator breakdown or no lights on the podium.
