CarrAmerica Is responsible for the trash pick-up, garage/towing and security. If SBC needs to do telephone repairs, they will need to contact CarrAmerica for access into the telephone room.

Guest Parking
Guest parking is permitted on evenings, weekends and holidays between the hours of 7:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. All guest vehicles must prominently display a note indicating where they may be located, unit number and telephone number. Please leave this note on the dashboard, if, not, your vehicle will be towed. If that happens please call CarrAmerica. Check the bulletin board on the 1st and 2nd floor for the parking space numbers.

New hi-speed digital cable and internet service. The Association pays for the basic service and you will have to pay for the premium channels.

If you rent your unit
Unit owner is responsible to inform their tenant of the house rules, entry code changes or any other correspondences that pertain to GG Commons II. Unit owners need to contact management prior to leasing your unit. The lease term should be no less than one year term. A copy of the lease is to be submitted to Management.

Insurance
The Association maintains coverage for the common areas only. The homeowner/tenant is responsible for insurance coverage of their individual units and contents (such as kitchen/bathroom cabinets/ floors/carpet) in its entity. Coverage should also include flood and sewer back up.

Pets
Homeowners/residents are responsible for their pets. All pets must be either carried or leashed while in the common areas. If your pet had an accident, it is your responsibility to clean up.

Extra Trash
If you need to dispose of extra trash you can use the trash room by Embarcadero. Please do not put cardboard boxes down the trash cute or leave anything on the floor. The trash room door is locked at 9:30 P.M.

Other trash pick-up
Every Wednesday is trash pick-up. They will remove the garbage from your trash room. They will also pick up cardboard boxes, but they must be cut down 2x2 and tied. Special pickups and move-in cartons, call CarrAmerica at 397-2711.

Location of gas meters
Each unit has their owner meter in their trash room except for the following who shares one on the patio or trash room area: Unit 14/15, 16/17, 18/19, 20/21, 22/23, 24/25, 26/27, 28/29 and 30/31. Individual meters have a lever that you can push down to close off the gas. The main gas meter is in CarrAmerica's closet located next to the parking garage. Our main meter has a shut off earthquake valve installed.

Please do not call PG&E. These meters do not belong to them and you need to call management. The janitorial service reads the meter on the 15th of each month.

Each unit owner has a turn key to shut off the water in their unit.

For Irrigation Podium rear only- by wall to trash room at Broadway/Embarcadero.

Main shut off valves- Located in storage room back wall far right is commercial; middle is for water supply to homeowners. Far left valve (with no handle) is water for irrigation.

Elevator
Event you are trapped in the elevator, simply pick-up the phone and it will automatically dial to the elevator company.

If our elevator is down you may use Golden Gateway Commons III. Please call me for access code.
